The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the bill "To amend several legislative acts of Ukraine regarding performance of economic obligations"

The bill (Reg. No. 11029) amends the Code of Economic Procedure, Economic and Civil Codes of Ukraine, as well as the laws "On restoration of financial solvency of a debtor or recognizing him bankrupt" and "On Court Enforcement Actions" aimed at specifying the consequences of recognizing credit agreements invalid, the procedure of adopting rehabilitation plan, etc.
